  • Flax and pumpkin seeds are rich in lignans and omega 3, which support healthy hormone regulation during the follicular phase (first half) of a cycle.
  • Sesame and sunflower seeds are abundant in vitamin e and zinc, which support the progesterone-dominant luteal phase (second half) of the ovulation cycle.

How To Consume

  • Healing takes time. For best results, we recommend using consistently for 3-6 months.
  • Cinnamon Maca Seasoning: Eat 1 TBS per day during days 1-14 of your cycle.
  • Sesame Nori Seasoning: Eat 1 TBS per day during days 15-28 of your cycle.
  • Note: If your cycle is shorter or longer than 28 days, simply use day 1 of your new cycle as your cue to switch back to Cinnamon Maca Seasoning. If you don't currently get a cycle, consider making day 1 the new moon and cycling according to the lunar cycle.
