How To Consume
- Healing takes time. For best results, we recommend using consistently for 3-6 months.
- Cinnamon Maca Seasoning: Eat 1 TBS per day during days 1-14 of your cycle.
- Sesame Nori Seasoning: Eat 1 TBS per day during days 15-28 of your cycle.

Note: If your cycle is shorter or longer than 28 days, simply use day 1 of your new cycle as your cue to switch back to Cinnamon Maca Seasoning. If you don't currently get a cycle, consider making day 1 the new moon and cycling according to the lunar cycle.
